「Excellent and friendly staff, they could not do more to be helpful. Spacious room, well appointed. Fine dining at 8:30 pm is a set menu, very well prepared and presented. Fine wines available. Be aware, the property can be difficult to locate on GPS. Nearest landmark is Casa Marcos restaurant, which is near the waterfalls. Once there, go South and their road is marked, to the right. Highly recommended when visting the waterfalls and castles in the area.」

「Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.」

「OK, this hotel was built in the 40s and renovated in 2010. It is cute and modern. The dining room was not open as it was a national holiday, still they should provide services regardless. There is no parking! The free parking is on the street. The advertised hot tub was broken. They need to provide a way to make tea and coffee in the room as the breakfast time is 8-9:30. The tub is not in the bathroom and showering is awkward as no shower, you have a hand held shower in the tub and no curtain to...

Lovely little bakery and coffee/ tapas place around the corner of the hotel. Thank you Ruben, for making our stay a great care-free experience.」

「Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern. Super Animation. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse samt Whirlpool. Die Putzfrau war super gründlich. Einen Stern Abzug gibt's für die dünnen Zimmerwände und die kantinenähnliche Atmosphäre beim Essen. Großes Lob an das gesamte Team des Hotels.」
