「Property is dilapidated 」

「I booked a Classic room and was presented with a dark, dirty room with tattered pillowcases, tired bedding, a distinctly broken bedside telephone, a lighting fixture hanging by its electrical cord above the bed, and a generally depressing ambiance. I complained and was upgraded to the Diamond Suite which was marginally better but came with a broken tv remote control and no bathroom towels. 「Overall, a great place to stay in Lagos if you're on a budget. It is a nice, small hotel located off a quiet street on Victoria Island - this is important as several of the hotels in the area either have night clubs on their premises or nearby which makes a good night sleep fairly impossible.
