Just across the street from bakery, beautician, hair designer, convenience store and more. Relax in this quiet friendly neighbourhood. Fresh beach shack styling and two private courtyards for your exclusive enjoyment.  This is a genuine whole home rental. It is not a "Granny Flat" in your hosts' back yard. Only four units in the group - all single storey, all have their own private yards and their own laundries. You have this clean and bright space all to yourself. Kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the chef in you. Your own laundry with clean, near new appliances. Two private courtyards. Your own carport with 2.25m clearance. Large flat screen TV. DVD player. There's even beach towels you can borrow.  The beach is beautiful and only 120m from doorway to waters edge.  The apartment is self check-in for your convenience. Easy to follow instructions are sent through prior to checking in. Primarily messaging through Airbnb my preferred method of contact however for urgent matters I can be contacted via mobile. The quality cafes and restaurants, the ease of transport and beachside location. The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet.  Bus stop 50m from door. Train station 200m from door. 12km to city. 9km to airport. Bed in the second room can be setup as a king or two singles. Please advise when booking the required configuration.

Fantastic location. Comfortable unit. Few maintenance issues. Blinds worn and broken. Cooktop didn’t not work and although replaced meant we needed to buy takeaway for three of our five nights.
