Staff are nice and helpful. Location is fine, 5-15 mins walk to food places, China Town, Central Marker and Tram Station, etc. Basic needs & coffee/tea bags will be provided but no oral care products (such as toothbrush, toothpaste). Room is clean and tidy, it’s fine for a short trip with a reasonable price. Only provide one-time free housekeeping service every 5 nights stayed and needed to request for 2nd free housekeeping service after 10 nights stayed. It will be better if provide a cleaning service to guests after 3 nights stayed. At night, light entering from door sides, insulation is poor, I heard water running and felt a big shock which was made by other guest so made me difficult to sleep. Overall, it’s acceptable and hoping that an improvement on my next lodging.
