The room was not what was shown in the promotional photo. The basin in the bathroom was in very poor condition. The room however was clean and was cleaned each day and the towels replaced.

Our room was ok not great bathroom very old and shower has lots of mould and had a horrible smell in room sewage smell No toaster no microwave

Great location. Helpful friendly staff. Hotel was tired and old. Unfortunately furniture in room was dirty and the shower had a bit of mould. Beds were comfortable. Shame they didn’t supply toasters in the room.

We were allocated the wrong room type but the girl at reception went way out of her way to find us a better room including insisting on helping carr some of our luggage to the new room Sorry I didn't get her name but she was British if that helps!
