    4-star cottage, walk to Henley Beach
    This large 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house features 2 living spaces with split system air-conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a big backyard, lock up garage and carport. Just 5 minutes stroll to the beach it’s also close to a choice of eateries, a mini mart, Seaside Tennis Club, Grange Sailing Club, The Royal Adelaide Golf Club and Western Hospital. Grange Railway Station is under 10 minutes walk away, while the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and the airport are just 15 minutes away by car.The Space:After crossing a large front lawn with a landscaped garden, you’ll enter this spacious house featuring two generous sized living rooms, four bedrooms and a great-sized backyard. The first living area is just inside the front door, where you’ll find a flat screen ‘Smart’ TV, wall-mounted split system air-conditioning/heating unit, an occasional chair and a comfy sofa which folds out to a bed for two people if needed. This living room flows through to an open plan kitchen/dining room with a Miele dishwasher, Puratap water filter, Nespresso coffee machine (with milk frother!), electric stove, double wall oven and microwave. The dining table has six chairs but can comfortably fit eight people. Just after the kitchen you’ll find the second living space, with beautiful slate tile flooring and a rug, another sofa, two cane occasional chairs, a flat screen ‘Smart’ TV and wall-mounted split system air con unit. Floor –to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out from this living room to a big backyard with lots of lawn space and an undercover entertaining area with an outdoor lounge for six people and a barbecue.Back inside the house, there are four bedrooms, one with a king size bed and its own wall-mounted split system air con unit, and another bedroom with a queen size bed and ceiling fan. There are two more bedrooms geared towards children (but not exclusively), one with a bunk bed that has a double mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top, and a fourth bedroom with a single bed and extra trundle bed. When including the sofa bed in the first living room, the total sleeping capacity of the house is eleven people. There are two bathrooms, one with a toilet, shower and laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) while a second bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. There’s also a powder room with a toilet. The house comes with a lock up garage and carport. Note: a cot and high chair are available upon request.The Neighborhood:Grange is a beautiful beachside suburb of Adelaide, offering a relaxed lifestyle just twenty minutes drive from the CBD (Downtown). The house itself is perfectly located, only a five minute stroll to the beach and a Coastal Village that offers Boutiques, a good choice of eateries, a mini mart, bakery and the Grange pub which offers delicious bistro-style meals. Kirkcaldy Reserve is less than ten minutes walk away where you’ll find a playground and barbecue area. The Seaside Tennis Club, Grange Sailing Club and Western Hospital are all a short walk away, with a couple of golf clubs also close at hand.
