Clean, exceptionally helpful staff, very good value for money, very easy to find for transportation - and I had seen earlier reviews about hot water and this has definitely been resolved. (Plenty of nice showers!) Any time I had a question or issue, it was solved immediately.
Great coffee shop in the lobby, and most notably - I forgot a tablet in the lobby when I left and they kept and were responsive immediately. Plus, free airport shuttle.
Absolutely will stay again.
Note - I'm a business traveler.

The hotel is located in a nice area and the staff are great. The rooms are clean but the management needs to improve significantly. The first room I tried did not have hot water (it was lukewarm), tv was not working. The second room was a bit worse because it had the same problems and there was no towel and the hair dryer was not working.
