This Guest House does not accept guests anymore ! It was rent to a company. I went there ( so far .. from aeroport ) a lady come out from this house and told me that a company rented it now and it is not a guest house anymore. Expedia should be up to date of this ! The lady told me i am not alone some others came before me ! I lost money add to that Taxis and time ... It was very bad experience. Now how to claim money back ?

Arrivant de nuit à Addis, il me fallait un hotel pas trop loin de l'aéroport. Il a fait l'affaire mais sans plus et comme je l'avais acheté depuis la France, c'est l'hotel le plus cher que j'ai connu en Ethiopie...

Quiet and clean hotel
It is a very safe and quiet area, management and staff is very friendly and helpful. Took a morning and evening walk every day. Just watch out for power outages, it happens without warning to the area. The hotel has another property closer to the airport, the Weygoss

OK if you have a car
The hotel is described as being close to the National Museum, but it took about ten minutes by car to get there. I felt that the hotel is rather isolated and not near anything and that you need a car to stay there. The standard room is in the back and gets no sun; so it was uncomfortably cold. When I complained, I was given an extra blanket. When I cancelled a future reservation for that reason, the manager was kind enough to offer me a good price at another hotel in their group. The rooms in the front may be warmer, as they get sun. If you need a place to stay before flying out of Addis Ababa, the airport is about ten minutes away.

SIGNIFICANTLY INCORRECT LOCATION
The hotel was located 6.4 km from where it is listed on Hotels.com. It is near the airport, much further from the downtown area. Tazina Guest House is on Ring Road (near Nyala Motors NOC on Google maps if you want to search it).
