My stay at Haven Hotel, Addis Ababa

The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful. It is very clean. Food is fantastic! Power loss once in a while but instant efforts to restore. Only 10 minutes to the African Union. Would highly recommend.

The staff really make this place. They go out of their way to make sure your every need is attended to. The food is really good!

It is located a bit far from Bole, but the price is reasonable and hotel staffs are all supportive and friendly.

All the staff were very kind to me. The manager offered me and my son a room upgrade for free, airport pick up and sometimes he went out of the ordinary to offer free rides to places we wanted to go. The hotel was very clean with constant hot water, standby power generator and WIFI.
