"Never in my entire life had Hilton disappoint me like this first there was no water bottle in the room when we went to the front desk and asked for a water bottle I was questioning if I was a Hilton member and then when I was given my Hilton member account then she told me that I had to be a gold or a number two water bottle. I was there for tonight. I was expecting at least to have one water bottle, which is very normal to have it in every hill hotel the United States that I stayed. Then the TV in the hotel room was so old that the remote wasn’t even working, but I didn’t make a big deal about it because I was not there to watch TV but I didn’t get to turn the TV on. I got charged for Internet, which is insane. I didn’t even log into my Internet to any of my device except my laptop that I only Use the Internet from hotel. I did not upgrade him Internet.
I have to say this is the worst experience that I had with Hilton and I would never go back to that property. This was supposed to be a nice staycation for me and my friend who I took her for her birthday!!! but it ended up being absolute worst experience."
