"The room was disgusting, the bed were clearly never changed with one having blood stains on the pillow and pink juice stains on the other, the floor was sticky and it smelled musty as there was no fresh air, I got to the property late and did not have the energy to get new sheets or a different room"

"No AC. Not broken,just non-existent. Earwigs over bathroom door, plaster bits on bathroom floor, no toilet paper in room, no chairs at all, two throw pillows as sleeping pillows, nothing larger. Dilapidated building, car got scratched up while there, knocking and loud music until around 4AM. TV went on by itself at around 1AM, 2:37AM, and again around 3:30AM, at which point we unplugged it from the wall. There was a mini fridge and microwave, both unplugged, in the room and water on the floor, which was rough-textured linoleum tiling. Bathtub faucet would not shut off all the way. No latch on door. Initially gave us the rwong room keys. You couldn't pay me to stay there again. Bates Motel would be a step up!"

"I liked the breakfast. Also the place was clean. However; I arrived at 3pm for my room-it was not ready. The front desk would call me when it was ready. No call-I came back at 3:45pm. Still not ready. My daughter and I had no where to go so we waited in the lobby until it was decided we could get a different room. No discounts-just a different room. Check in is scheduled for 3pm. We were given a room at 4:25pm."

"AC didn't work in first room, asked for a 2nd room and it was under construction and not habitable, 3rd room was dirty but at least the ac worked and the beds werent covered in plastic and had fewer stains. The woman at the front desk was exceedingly rude during this stay and was very unhelpful"

"Booked a king suite with a jacuzzi. All king suites were being renovated when i got there and the room they gave me wasnt even a suite. They refused to refund my money for the stay. The stated the pool was closed until June 1 for renovations, but is still closed and empty as of June 6. The bed was on a rolling frame that would make noise even when you laid still. One of the worst hotels i have stayed at. Do not recommend."
