"Bedding was clean but carpet throughout hotel was super dirty and although it looks like some updating has been done. Its a little rundown feeling. I also watched a junkie walk up off the street with his hands in his pants, stopped and picked up a half smoked cigarette off the ground, smoked it. Then walked straight through the front door and proceeded to the dining area where breakfast was being served. Helped himself to a plate of food and right back out onto the street.
