「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Un moment suspendu dans le temps. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au domaine de la vallée dans une chambre chaleureuse décorée avec goût, très propre et avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Un petit déjeuner très apprécié. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil chaleureux et authentique de Sylvie qui est une hôte incroyable. Nous reviendrons assurément pour profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine pendant les beaux jours」
