"Before checking in hotel , I lost my passport . However , the hotel stuff helped me what I needed to do. Gladly I just found my passport with their help. The room is bit cold for me on February. If there is some extra blancket , they would have been nice. Otherwise awesome service "

I lost my card earlier and couldn’t withdraw cash so she also helped me set up a payment where I could pay with a link online and receive cash without which my trip would’ve been a disaster. Clean and tidy rooms as well!"
