「Convenient location. Mediocre breakfast. Mediocre staff. NO housekeeping (even NO trash emptying) for 3-night stay. Most disappointing...was not able to get a refund for a double-booking error... VERY inconsiderate!!! In short...paid TWICE for the same, mediocre 3-night booking! ...👎」

「It is a three star so don't I didn't expect high quality, but I did expect the shower head to be able to be set in a fixed position (couldn't be fixed) and I would have expected the restaurant they had to be open on a Friday and Saturday night (no explanation as to why not). But aside from that the location is great if you have a car or motor bike and are exploring the Somme region. 「We have been using this hotel on and off for nearly 30 years and can always rely on its consistency. the welcome is friendly and the Manager obviously cares as he was out litter picking when we arrived so I'd say over and above ! 」
