「Fantastisk fint hotel. Perfekt beliggenhed i Oetz.
「You can’t beat the location, we were on foot and the public transport options were still great to get in and around the valley. Staff were all lovely and very helpful (the owner very kindly offered to take us to the local station on our last day).」
「The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight

「The hotel was excellent from staff to food to bar to large, spacious room to pool and Spa.
Only complaints would be that the towels were very thin and small and the shower was on the side wall making the
the shower a little narrow.

「I travel for both work and leisure often so please note when I say this place was PHENOMENAL! Five stars for everything. Beautiful location, lovely and very helpful staff, the food was amazing and top tier quality. Will I be back? It’s already booked!」
「This is a no frills, sport hotel, ideal for skiers and mountain bikers. Breakfast was abundant and we used the steam room and sauna available on the first floor.」
「Very disappointing and unacceptable experience
My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Their behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Most shockingly,...
「Nice two bedroom condo with kitchen. Clean and modern. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need. Two sofas, table for 6 and TV. Not much nearby, need a car for food and groceries. Recommend. 」
