All air-con and ceiling fan. Accommodation was clean, modern and spacious. Beds were comfortable, and bed linen was fresh and looked lovely. "Really nice to have the beachfront access and a good pool, but the hotel itself is only ok. Spacious but dated rooms showing a lot of wear and tear, in need of new furniture and bathroom remodel. Breakfast buffet was very good, dinner less so. The dining room is crowded and understaffed. Very limited other dining options within easy walking distance."
