The staff was very responsive, professional, and accommodating. The bathroom had a odd smell through the drain, the hot water was luke warm (that needs to get better), no face towel, cleaning was a extra cost, the breakfast included was not a variety and you had to go downstairs every morning to request
It because there are no phones to call reception in the room. The menu needs to get better, having to request common condiments like milk or sugar and waiting over an hour for preparation is a bit much. The breakfast included needs improvement. Security was very helpful as well. Bathroom needs improvement as well no shower curtain so water is everywhere. The WiFi was intermittent at times which hurt my ability to work.
