There's one picture on the listing that shows a beach. That is a complete lie. The hotel is in front of a dirty and ugly canal. The hotel is great, but the beach photo is unreal

We stayed at the novotel as it was a good inbetween from the airport and locations we were looking to visit and the rooms were decent. As I had a long transit n Abu Dhabi, I intentionally booked for 2 nights so we would not have to wait to check in for 2pm as we reaching early morning and provided the Novotel team with our arrival info. Still ended up waiting for the room to be prepped as the staff at Novotel clearly had not read my message. So disappointed in that sense but overall the rooms and hotel is well maintained Hotel itself is clean

Excelente atención, limpieza buena e impecable! Gracias por el servicio de amrita fue muy atenta con la limpieza del cuarto, mi única observación sería si el cuarto tiene tres camas que fue nuestro caso siempre debería dejar tres toallas o 4( que había un menor de edad incluido en la reservación) porque retiraron mis toallas y siempre tenía que hablar por una nueva! Todo excelente, invitada a regresar a este hotel, mi hijo la paso fenomenal en la alberca!
