Beach Rotana

Very clean apartment, good location with Abu Dhabi mall in the building. We got a golf cart from apartments to main hotel. The breakfast service was good and staff were attentive

Lovely stay at all-suites. Staff friendly and room perfect for what we needed. Adjoining to the Abu Dhabi Mall and a short walk to the main Beach Rotana hotel and all associated facilities. Big thanks to the very friendly waitress who ran the Suites Cafe (which is the breakfast area for guests at this part of the property) who was very kind and accomodating.

Highly recommend

Service at breakfast, which was included in our Hotel.com rate, had an excellent selection. Shane who managed the breakfast area most morning was great! She was so attentive and entered our breakfast order to the kitchen as soon as she saw us. Some mornings were very busy and she managed the rush with calm confidence. The room was always cleaned well. It was refreshing to come back to a tidied room. We worked at night. The internet was great and easy to access. The gym is in great shape and has almost any machine you can need. It’s a good size and has the feel of a public gym vs a small hotel gym. The pool is very beautiful but the weather was too warm for the beach and pool.

The staff and service was excellent. From check in to check out the staff members were extremely helpful and courteous (Sheheryar, George, Saleh and Naveen! The location is very convenient with lots of dining options in the area and the Abu Dhabi mall connected to the hotel internally! However, the beach area is a flop. The hotel shouldnt be calling itself a beach hotel because its really a very small shore area that is surrounded by concrete structures and buildings (clear and depressing views of the Cleveland clinic)!

To negative ting: Vi troede vi ville have direkte adgang til pool, men skulle køres med buggy til Rotana hotellets faciliteter. Det måtte gerne have stået med eksplicit. Derudover var vinduer ikke tætte og grundet kæmpe konstruktion på nabogrunden blev vi vækket kl 6 hver morgen! Det ødelagde feriefølelsen. Det gode: super lækker lejlighed til familie på fire, pænt og rent. Fantastisk morgenmad og der var god ro i morgenmadsområdet og sublim service. Poolområdet var ganske fint, men der var en del larm (mange mennesker og konstruktion på nabogrunde). Der var boblebad og sauna i tilknytning til poolområdet, det var lækkert.

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing and such good value for money! All staff were very helpful and friendly, from check in to checking out. The room was very spacious and clean. The situation of the suites was amazing too, within the Abu Dhabi Mall/ main Rotana Hotel complex. Due to Covid-19 access from the suites to the main hotel was closed, but it was fantastic to be able to make use of the golf buggy between the 2 sites. To have use of the beach / pool at the hotel was amazing too. Staff at Prego's Italian restaurant in the main hotel, where I dined each night were lovely. I would like to thank Ms Khin(m?) in Room Service for her kindness. I had breakfast by Room Service each morning of my stay, and on the first day asked would I like to choose the same time each day. Even when I changed the order for the second morning she remembered my order from previous day, and also the timing. The waiting staff were super too, as was Ms Camille on Front Desk, and the Concierge who assisted with instructing me where to park my car...most helpful. Thank you to all for a very memorable stay. I hope to stay again very soon!
