Although this is outlined in the property’s policies, it is significantly higher than the industry norm (typically $15–$25). I recommend that guests verify the deposit amount prior to booking. While the deposit is refundable after checkout, this requirement caused some inconvenience. In my case, the charge was ultimately waived after contacting customer service."
