"Overall, the stay was okay but had a few inconveniences. The room itself was clean, which was a plus. However, the towels were worn and didn’t feel very fresh. There’s no parking area available, which can be an issue depending on your situation. The room does not include a coffee maker or a microwave, but there is a shared kitchen downstairs that guests can use. If you’re traveling with luggage, keep in mind there is no elevator to the second floor. That said, the stairs aren’t too difficult to manage. It’s a decent option if you’re not expecting too many amenities and don’t mind a few limitations."

"The room was great, but it was the staff that were outstanding, and we will be staying here exclusively, when we are in El Paso. During our stay, my husband had a health emergency in the middle of the night -- Rafael and Jesus assisted us, sent us with water and an apple juice for the ER, found a wheelchair to assist, and offered their sincere concern. Amazing staff! When we went to check out and that them, Eduardo was exceptional, helpful, and very professional. My husband got excellent care at TTUHSC UMC El Paso, and we were able to enjoy our stay. We will be back - best staff we have encountered in our many travels!!!!"

"Stayed at the Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The building itself is stunning—beautifully restored with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with great attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown El Paso. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, which made the experience even better. The service was excellent across the board—friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the highlights was enjoying the vibe of the hotel itself, from the lobby atmosphere to the rooftop views. You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a high-end, memorable experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting El Paso. It’s easily one of the best stays I’ve had."

"We stayed at the Indigo for three nights. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff does a great job of cleaning and restocking the room each day. The front desk staff are friendly, couteoua and helpful. The on site restaurant is super. "

"Clean, friendly, great location, historical. Scope out your parking ahead of time. The hotel has I to two spaces. Also backs onto a nightclub, which was very very loud, but I was exhausted, so just put a pillow over my head and slept."
