" I requested when I booked online about a room on ground or 1st. Floor. At ‘check in’ it took a bit of time for reception to find the room I requested. She managed eventually and I was given key to room 62A, on the ground floor which I would regard as sub standard compared to our friends room (140)."

"Great hotel, very relaxed and suited our children with pool and other games downstairs. Liked the bar and food offering, especially when we arrived late and still needed dinner. Bedrooms were comfortable - would stay again. Only one issue - TV surround in room 505 fell off the wall on arrival. Thankfully no one hurt but could have been much more serious. Staff moved us to a new room quickly but hope this is fixed so no risk of it happening again. "
