「I am regretful to book this hotel and find the host not friendly and not polite at all. - when i check in, i found that she just put her mobile on the chair and ignore my call ; - there is no free wine provided as mentioned in tripadvisor - the room inside is poorly decorated and small pool outside - the lounge is so small and the sofa is very uncomfortable - Everything included in the hotel is limited: only one microwave and two plates two cups. 「This was a really maginificent place to stay in the heart of Morpeth. It's in a fabulous historic building. The rooms are big, the bed is comfy and there's a great guest lounge. A lovely continental breakfast is included. The owner is wonderful and very helpful. This definitely THE place to stay in Morpeth.」
