The staff at front desk was amazing I wrote their names down but cant find it i think Oscar and Jon. They gave me the wrong room and didnt have any i booked avail. After a littlw while they ended up accommodating me and my guest (girls trip) w an amazing suite when I tell you this was the ultimate upgrade !! The suite is not evem listed in the regular online booking suites. We had the best time. The bell staff was also very helpful !!

Our room was beautiful but it smelled extremely of weed. We tried to get it deodorized by the staff but it made no difference. Asked for them to waive the resort fee for the inconvenience of having to leave the room and have it misty with deodorizer and still smelling like someone just smoked an old joint in the room but that was not possible I guess. Beautiful room though.
