The staff were helpful during a very busy time. Parking was adequate. Bar and restaurant service was good and staff manners to be commended. Room was clean but lacked sufficient toiletries, and clothes hangers(thank heaven for M&S plastic sales hangers).

Very friendly and helpful staff. I wasn't very happy with our room. It definitely needs an upgrade. The toilet paper holder was partially hanging off and a small part of the dresser was broken off. The bed was very clean although too soft for myself and my husband. The food was nice

Stayed at The Feathers for four nights. It's history is very interesting. The room was clean with tea, coffee etc. The bed so comfortable I could have stayed in it all day. Housekeeping excellent. The staff friendly, helpful and work very hard. Cannot fault them. Food superb, fresh, locally sourced and plenty of it. Breakfast included and free parking. Great location to wander the short walk to the middle of town and the harbour or just sit outside. As an elderly lady on her own I was very well looked after.

The accommodation has everything required for a comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The town and seafront is a short walk from the hotel.

There was limited evening meal choice when we stayed but it was still delicious, as was breakfast. The bedroom was a little too warm for our liking so we kept the window open, (frames need the mould removing though). All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Stairs to bedrooms/dining room/bar are a little steep so may not suit those with mobility issues.

Comfortable hotel with lovely food

Lovely, comfortable room, overlooking the street down to the pretty little town. The food in their Italian restaurant was superb, if a little slow in arriving, but worth the wait when cooked fresh. Owner Stephano and his assistant Sharrif were very friendly and welcoming.

we were welcomed at reception by a very friendly and helpful staff member who explained everything regarding our bed and breakfast stay. Very interesting old hotel with period features, surprisingly quiet, immaculate room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and all toiletries. Fantastic service at breakfast with huge choice of food and we also had a fabulous evening meal. Again, I cannot praise all the staff for their attentive service. I will return as soon as i can. Free parking on site, lovely spot close to the town. Faultless in every way; highly recommended.. 6 stars!
