"During our three-night stay at the hotel, we had a very disappointing experience. Despite being staying guests, we were repeatedly denied access to the cigar lounge, restaurants, and sky lounge. On multiple occasions, we were told that the restaurants were either exclusively booked or closed, which was surprising given that we were hotel guests.
When we brought this matter to the attention of the managers, they were unable to assist us or provide any reasonable alternatives. Their lack of support was frustrating and left us feeling that guests staying at the hotel were not being prioritized.
Throughout our entire stay, we were only able to sit in the sky lounge once. Additionally, the attitude and behavior of certain staff members—particularly the cigar lounge managers—were quite disrespectful and unprofessional, which further impacted our overall experience.
Overall, the service fell far below the standards expected from a hotel of this level."
"Amenties, decor, quality of workmanship outstanding, better than several usa doubletree hotels. Staff excellent
2 issues
1. Soundproofing between rooms not optimal...could hear sounds from adjustant room
2. Massage was excellent, marred by loud noises from children playing in adjustant pool/jacuzzi...either relocate massage to different area or make room soundproof.thanks"
"Staff at reception charged 5k for transport while email says 4k and never issued any receipts
Room was very noisy as its right beside reception and midnight staff will laugh
Location is very convenient "
"The hotel is well located in a center area of Islamabad. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials for a good stay. All members of the staff were great, friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again."
"I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor."
