Ikke Varme.

No heater in the room. Spoke with the manager Jeanie in the morning about it and when I returned in the evening it was not working still. I called her about 19:30 and she said to call back in one your if it was still not working. To my surprise when I called back she never answer the Calls or SMS. I had to sleep wearing my clothes and 2 blanket just to get thru the nite. Worst experience I have had in a Hotel in my Travels thru the nórdics.

Dette er et hostell og ikke hotell. Det fungerer bra som billig overnatting. Alt er selvbetjening fra innsjekk til avreise. Frokosten er simpel, men du blir mett. Senga jeg hadde var myk og god så sov veldig godt. Du får det du betaler for.

Morgenmaden var skuffende, da vi havde forventet rundstykker da det var lørdag og søndag. Ellers ville vi sætte pris på almindelig kaffe på termokande i stedet for automat. Tilbehøret på tallerknen var fint, men der stod ikke værelses nummer på om søndagen.

Fint sted at overnatte.

Meget venligt personale og nem indtjekning. Kun 4 stjerner, da der var meget støj på gangen fra kl. 5 morgen. Nok overnattende håndværkere der tog på arbejde og morgenmaden var lidt kedelig.

Vi havde desværre en meget dårlig oplevelse på dette hostel. Allerede ved ankomst blev vi mødt af en indelukket lugt og dårlig udluftning, som gjorde det ubehageligt at opholde sig på værelset. Værelset var urent, med tydelige tegn på forsømmelse – der var skimmel i brusekabinen og spindelvæv i hjørnerne. Polske håndværkere, som i særligt høj grad bruger dette hostel, prægede området med larm om morgenen så vores datter vågnede. Rygeområderne blev heller ikke respekteret. Morgenmaden var yderst skrabet og bestod af lavkvalitetsprodukter. Det virkede som om der var sparet, hvor der kunne spares – både på rengøring og gæstfrihed. Da vi gjorde opmærksom på problemerne, ville værterne hverken returnere vores penge eller forsøge at løse situationen, så vi havde mulighed for at finde et andet sted at overnatte. Der blev ikke udvist nogen form for forståelse eller imødekommenhed. Alt i alt en skuffende oplevelse, og vi kan på ingen måde anbefale dette sted. Der findes heldigvis mange bedre alternativer.

Det var et virkelig fint ophold. Sad udenfor i solen og spiste min morgenmad. Et dejligt sted, med god parkering, fine faceliteter og en yderst rimelig pris. Her vil jeg også bo næste gang jeg skal til Århus
