Very basic hotel it is more a shelter a place to place your body on a mattress and leave in the morning but no enough experience of a hotel room, No fridge, no coffee, no kettle, no drinks of whatsoever. The nearby city Aachen has better hotels.

Its a very good budget option in the vicinity of the Ardennes and the Ruhr. Only slightly negative feature is it has some traffic noise in the rooms .If you are prone to that maybe take the other hotel 300 meter earlier from same owner.

On our trip to visit friends across Germany we booked this hotel because of the incredible low price per night. Much to our surprise it turned out to be a very new, modern hotel with excellent facilities and daily room service including new towels without question. According to our request, we had a quiet room and have not been disturbed at all during lazy, sleep-in mornings. Also, parking is provided free around the hotel. Apparently a small breakfast was available, which we did not try due to our late nights with friends.

Upon making my reservation, I specifically booked a family room to accommodate my needs. However, upon my arrival, I was assigned a single room instead. This was not only unexpected but highly inconvenient, as it did not meet the needs of my family during our stay. I had assumed that my reservation details were clear, and I would receive the appropriate room type. Additionally, I faced difficulties regarding parking. The lack of a proper parking space added to my frustration and made my experience even less enjoyable. It was disappointing that such basic expectations were not met during my stay. I kindly request an explanation regarding these issues and a resolution to my concerns. I believe that a gesture of goodwill, such as a refund or compensation, would demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Für die preis passt, etwas laut weil wir auf der Haupt Straße Seiten war.Nicht genug Klo Papier vorhanden (nach reception gesprochen kommt erst bei Zimmer putzen (hab mein eigenes von auto benutzt)).

Mein Zimmer war einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Sowohl im Schlafraum, als auch im Badezimmer gab es Fenster, die vollständig zu öffnen waren. Parkplätze gab es kostenlos vor dem Hotel. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden, ist aber für mich nicht wichtig gewesen. Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen.

A FUIR

Que dire ... Vous marchez quelques pas dans la chambre a pied nus, vos pieds sont noirs alors que nous venons d'arriver. Le lendemain idem donc aucun ménage entre deux. Vous prenez votre douche avec une fenêtre donnant directement sur la rue passante et sans rideaux. Des traces sur les murs. Lit deux places aussi grand qu'un lit une place. Nous demandons à quelle heure est le petit déjeuné (nous étions le vendredi soir), la dame a l'accueil m'indique 6h a 9h, du coup nous prenons le petit dej. Le dimanche matin nous allons pour déjeuner a 7h30, la dame qui était la ne nous dit même pas bonjour , elle nous regarde avancer vers l'espace déjeuner et nous crié dessus "Nein" en nous indiquant que c'est a partir de 8h. Je lui explique gentillement que sa collegue nous a dit que c'était a partir de 6h sinon nous n'aurions pas pris le déjeuner. Sa réponse : aucune , nous empêche juste de rentrer et nous fais un signe comme quoi sa collègue est "bête". Je lui demande donc de nous rembourser le déjeuner (pour un morceau de pain et de la confiture comme seul choix 🙌) mais elle m'a dit non sans aucune autre explication puis plus aucune réponse. Expérience vraiment très sympathique, hôtel (si on peut appeler ça comme ça ) A FUIR !
