「Worst hotel customer service I have ever experienced. Booked through hotels.com but they (this Tru location) said since their system wasn't operating well that they had no record of my reservation and refused to help in any way. Simply said for me to contact Hotels.com, even though I could show them the reservation on my phone (and it was clear by the parking lot they had tons of rooms available). Had to jump through a ton of hoops and threaten legal action to get my money back. Put a black mark...

「nice hotel！affordable price ,not far away from the airport or college or downtown. Offered breakfast and they can help you call the cab.the nearest restaurant are five minute walk. Quite enviroment，barely have noise at night or day time. If you want to cook yourself， you can borrow pan and pot from counter. there coffee are really good」

「I booked a single bed room and paid for it. When I was about to check in, the front desk told me that my information was not in the system. I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」
