"The location is great facing the sea & only a short walk to bars & restaurants. There is no parking but the hotel has a preferential rate with the underground car park that has pedestrian access by the hotel. This being said, we were rather underwhelmed by the hotel. The staff were efficient but not as welcoming as we have found in other parts of Northern Spain. The wifi didn't work for the whole of our stay - an external issue apparently but we only told this when we reported it. Our room was a mobility-accessible room which was only apparent when we opened the door and while we appreciate the need for such facilities, it was totally inappropriate for us. We were met with short shrift when we questioned why it had been allocated to us. There was no bottled water in the room which was even more annoying when we spotted bottles on the cleaner's cart the next day so clearly an oversight. Very disappointing overall given the price paid."
