「Overall, I would give this property a 9.75 out of 10. Everyone was extremely kind. The food was delicious. I absolutely was in love with my room. The view was beautiful. I love having access to the bus to take me into town. Parking was easy. The spa was gorgeous. I think my only complaint that took away 0.25pts out of my perfect 10 would be the fact that children were allowed in the spa and instead of it being a restful time at felt like a playground. 「We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended.」

「A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. 」
