"We had 2 handicapped accessible rooms and they were run down. Fortunately we could all reach the soap dispenser but it was definitely too high for someone in a wheelchair. The bathtub had many bars to hold on to but the shower head was not on a hose or adjustable nor was there anywhere to sit. I'm not sure what about the room made it handicap accessible other than the doors being wider."

"In the wheelchair accessible room, there's a drain near the toilet. When rolling over it, the "grate/cover" popped off (apparently it wasn't installed correctly), dropping my front wheel into a huge hole, which stopped my chair immediately and launched me head first into the wall. In the shower, the mounted rod the hand-held shower head was on came apart immediately upon grabbing it. Apparently that wall mount wasn't installed correctly either. Other than the injuries going head-first into the wall, the hotel was nice, clean, polite staff, and the food was great. "

"The breakfast was cold every day, the syrup that was labeled hot syrup was not just cold but just out of the refrigerator cold. We reserved a suite two months in advance, when we got there they said that no suites were available. It is not like we showed up at 11:00 pm, we were actually early. So why were there no suites? The refrigerator in the room barely kept our beverages cool let alone cold. The ice machine on our floor was broken, we were told to go down one floor for ice, that one was also out of order. We were there for 5 nights and the same debris was in the hall way the whole time. The tub had a strange spongey bottom which was really weird. Never again. "

"The hotel has been upgraded recently, it was very clean and comfortable. The area is safe and nice. The only downsides were that the staff smelled badly, with a very strong weed stink, and the breakfast was underwhelming."
