"It was an unforgettable experience! The room where we stayed was overlooking the vast bay and it was beautiful. The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. Truly a Five-Star experience for our family. Shout out to Ms. Kim (the cruise manager), Ms. Erin (server), and Mr. Tran (swim & kayaking), they took very good care of us!"

"All the staff, especially the concierge John, were extremely friendly and helpful. John arranged activities, scooters and coordinated our difficult connecting transportation requirements. The spa was amazing and our room was by far the most beautiful, modern and well appointed of any we've experienced. A spectacular view, extremely comfortable bedding and uncommon conveniences like an in room Nesspresso, auto dimming cove, recessed and under cabinet lighting made it feel very homey....
