"We were there with family at Thanksgiving, including 6 and 8 year old boys. Everyone felt welcome and had a good time. There was charming outreach to children, including letters they could write to Santa on beautiful Estates stationary. Also treats like Hot Chocolate with peppermint or marshmallows were out in the afternoon, and...for me, there was mulled wine with spices in glass. All was. beautifully done. Rooms were comfortable, all staff very pleasant. The concierge was able to get us a difficult hotel, and being in Yountville. We did it last Thanksgiving too, and will come over Forth of July. Thanks for the great week."

"The design, the activities, the outstanding effort of the staff to make everyone happy and feel special. Everything amazing except passive agressive baristas at the cafe part, sorry but I had to tell that. But even the bad vibes there weren’t enought to take off any points. Definitely will visit again! Super lovely place"
