"The only comment our group has is that the bar dining was not open until midnight on the thursday we were there. Morgan Wallen concert that night, and fro hotel staff we know that there were more than 500 guest in your hotel for that night. A good business would recognize this was not a normal Thursday night. We, along with 25 people were all in the hotel lobby at 11pm looking for food, all assuming we could eat. "

"The room and overall service we received was excellent. While the weather was amazing, it’s a little early for pool season so we weren’t terribly disappointed that the pool was undergoing maintenance. Things that could’ve been improved include: - a working steam room - a sauna in the spa - better local knowledge about dining options from the desk staff - the views and location are unparalleled, however, I was surprised by the amount of (road) noise we could hear through the windows in our room...
