「Everything was good with the property, communication was great, convenient to everything, price was reasonable and will be back and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for having us!」

「The place is awesome! We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice, very clean, lots of amenities and fun things to do. Also close to the main road so convenient to Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend.」

「Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.」

「Good」

「My husband and I wete here for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We loved the amenities, assortment of games. So many levels.. we loved most of all, the encounters with all the beautiful bears. The quiet majestic views. We will definitely return and bring family.」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort exceeded every expectation! If you’re looking for an upscale getaway in the Smoky Mountains, this is it. The resort truly has everything you could want. The pool and lazy river are absolutely incredible and create the perfect place to relax, while the cabins are beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. One of the best parts is the location. You’re only about 6 minutes from grocery stores and...

「The house was in need of a thorough dusting upon arrival, and there were several soft spots in the flooring that were concerning. The temperature inside the house never got below 72 degrees, making every room feel hot and uncomfortable during our stay. Additionally, the pictures in the listing were misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition or appearance of the house. Overall, we were disappointed because the property did not meet expectations based on the listing.」

「Just beware, the property is at the very top of a steep mluntain. There is very sketchy houses right next to it who are big hoarders and it feels unsafe. (Especially if you bring kids) I would not recommend this for anyone who is trying to have a family stay.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It worked really well for our group. 」

「Location was great a short drive to all attractions. Lights on hot tub was not working it was a little dark on back porch」

「Very nice view private hot tub and quiet area」

「Our beds were not made dirty sheets in the tub along with towels, trash from previous people left in cabin, hotub was not cleaned, smell stagnant, bear destroyed out cabin door just before arrival, was boarded up, second day the air conditioning went out had to move across town to a smaller cabin and had to buy air mattress to accommodate us, still have not received reimbursement and was only offered 100 back for all that trouble and nonsense! 」

「Cabin was very nice, clean and good location. Close in to Pigeon Forge so no long distance up a mountain like most cabins.」

「We had the best time and already want to stay again! Definitely would recommend.」

「Vacation ruined by negligence and poor management. Our stay was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. We were provided the wrong entry code and left waiting outside in the cold for 40 minutes. While Robert the technician was very helpful, the property itself was a disaster. Not only was the hot tub broken and unusable on our first day, but there was also no hot water in the unit. We had to have maintenance out multiple times and eventually had to drive to the property management office...
