「Outstanding experience! No need to appraise the service and the nice looking hotel. One special thanks to restaurant, all staff are extremely helpful and kind. We love them. Since no need to say how wonderful it is (as everybody knows), I will share improvement note. One problem we were facing - the bathroom door can’t close fully. I reported in the morning but we were back to hotel around 4pm, still as per. They fix it after my second call. We felt their sincerity by receiving a handwritten...

「Overall the hotel is good. The river view room I was given is super small. Hard to open luggage, don’t think you can open at least one luggage, you can’t. That made me wanna upgrade my room. However, there was no available room anymore. I was only disappointed about this experience.」

「This is a new addition to the w family and it shows. Staff are eager to please and attentive. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculate. It also has all the modern amenities needed and staff are willing to go above and beyond. They are knowledgable and offer excellent advice on dining options and excursions. But….the hotel is not used to being at capacity. As the hotel got busier small flaws appeared such as running out of basic items at breakfast and a slow unresponsive wait staff....
