The facilities in the room were good with access to English language films and sport. It was a bit away from everywhere else and there could have been better facilities on the beach as the sea did look inviting. On the whole thumbs up all round. It is what I expect from a 5 star hotel. "

"Sheraton stay was lovely and special for a lot of reasons!! Although the beachfront rooms are not a thing here, kids would love this property - it has a gorgeous lawn for kids to play and nice outdoor play area! My 4 year old and 1 year old had lots of fun here. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable all the time. Food was delicious as well. I would definitely recommend this property for families especially with toddlers / younger kids."

"The experience was terrible, while check in room was not ready, there was no towels on end day in the room, there was no shower gel and shampoo in the room, when went to bar on 1st day, bar was locked from inside, had to call staff to open the bar, during breakfast food was not there. "
