「The hotel overall was stunning especially the indoor pool but the room was one of the worst laid out i have stayed in with no desk area and the sink for bathroom in the middle of the room, no privacy. We had no window which made the room feel small and stuff despite it being a king room, felt like it had no ventilation. Lights and AC were on some sort of timer that kept going off and couldnt be disabled. Not the standard im used to from a hyatt.」

「The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more...

「The hotel was beautiful and in a great location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff couldn’t have been any friendlier or helpful. The concierge handled our transfers, which was easy and efficient. We loved our jacuzzi room overlooking the ocean! The room was perfect, so spacious and clean! I loved the turn down service provided. The front desk always handled any questions or concerns with a smile. We would definitely return.」
