「Everything perfect except the arrogant lady by reception does not know what is priority to take care. We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. 」

Indoor pool is warm with two hot tubs with a huge variety of jet options. There is a bucket deluge, special showers with light shows and jets, steam, sauna and beautiful finishes and furnishings. 「Very spacious and modern place. Nice pools available, great kids playground. Very peaceful and tranquil. If anything, it was very windy when we were there, and also cool for the season, but otherwise, perfect stay.」
