「The hotel was good but I found it annoying that they insist on you using their app to book activities and order food but they do not have WiFi around the property. Only in the main lobby. So unless you bought a Vietnam sim or have your own WiFi you cannot use the app. I suggest they improve WiFi around property if they insist on customers using the app.
Additionally we booked a room that slept 4 and had a bed and sofa bed in the photos. When we got there they said yes it has that but if we want...

Men faciliteterna runt om kring hotellet under all kritik. Sedan utbudet av restauranger på hotellet var dåligt ( för att vara ett så kallat 5 stjärniga hotell). Pool området var bra och personalen var mycket behjälplig. 」
