「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「We celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary at the Rittenhouse and they made it extremely special for us. We felt like royalty staying there in a really spacious room overlooking the park. I enjoyed the soaking tub. It was spacious enough that we felt we could live there. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help make our anniversary feel special, which we deeply appreciated.
