「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. 「The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time...

「Beautiful hotel in a magnificent location! Super friendly staf. Mudra restaurant is to die for, suite expensive, but worth every penny with excellent food and super friendly waiters. Beach restaurant not recommended. Long waiting times, food at the pool is 1000x better. Beach front villa big, but showers dont work properally and beds squeek. We got an upgrade from a suite, but i wouldnt pay 2000€/n for it. But overall, beautifull hotel! 」

「Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us」

「Located close to beach. Panoramic scenery to the front facing the sea. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast spread. Parking is tricky however staff always available to help out with valet parking. They even allowed us with an early check in and provided us with a takeaway breakfast as we had to vacate early to catch our flight back. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend.」

「The level of friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was simply outstanding. As a small boutique hotel they will never be able to compete with larger hotels but teh experiene was transformed by the fact that they consistently went out of their way to be helpful and one staff member especially ( a lovely lady from Bali) was a goldmine of helpful information about local facilities and options for sightseeing/recreation and good restaurants in the area. We will definitely go back!」
