「I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.」

「Das Hotel und das Zimmer ist sauber gewesen. Zimmer für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas klein, aber trotzdem alles da. Großes Lob an das gesamte Personal. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider ist die Parkmöglichkeit sehr schlecht. Beim Hotel sehr eng und man muss den Schlüssel abgeben, damit die anderen Autos ausparken können... .」

「wonderful hotel right in the middle of old town Ljubljana, close to everything. Helpful staff, first class rooms, super breakfast. Yes, it's expensive, but really worth it!」

「Lovely hotel located half way between Mirmare Castle and central Trieste, 5 mins from the waterfront, good bus service outside. Very quaint and old fashioned but perfectly functional and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. They provide rice crackers at breakfast, as an alternative to bread (useful if you are gluten free) Staff were friendly and helpful. Windows were double glazed in our 2nd floor room, so no problems with traffic noise. Free Wifi was ok for social media etc.」
