「Helpful staff. Good pool. Extremely tasteful breakfast. One slight flaw though. Staff probably needs a bit more training on wine opening with tools.」

「1點多到達酒店，幫我check in的是一位懷孕女職員，溫柔有禮，而且很快就有房間，甚至房間亦準備了生日蛋糕。 行政房可到executive lounge ，2-6pm有三層架下午茶 。另外早餐也很豐盈」

「Dear sir Why did no one tell me that I couldn't bring food to the island and I had to pay extra for it after so many correspondences? Because we booked 10 rooms. So I specifically notified the name of each room. Why was not ready when I arrived at the hotel? Also front desk charged 2 times for our dinner buffet.please make sure refund. Fion from Taiwan 」

「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」
