"Great property with great service "

"Guy at the front desk who checked me in was super awesome and the rooms are SO nice. Actually was going to give this property five stars and say I was blown away…. Until I checked out and had an unfavorable experience at the valet. The attendant who pulled up my car straight up stared at me and watched as I struggled to get all my luggage into the trunk — didn’t even attempt to help, which was strange for a 5-star hotel. I honestly don’t know why I still tipped him. "

"Well located, comfortable bed, plenty of clothes storage and good breakfasts (charged). Dining options limited, nothing available after 10.00 pm when we arrived, not even a sandwich or room service. No snacks or drinks in room, fridge empty. Plentiful free drinking water. "

"Amazing staff..The valet and the front desk! They only give you one small towel which should be changed. Glad renovations are in progress because it needs some updating. "

"My second or third time staying here. Property is well located for the west side with great access to UCLA, Hollywood and Beverky Hills. In some areas it is showing its age. The pool area was still being renovated but the pool was accessable. The rooms are comfortable and the vibe is chill. "
