「酒店的环境和位置还可以，在古城里。但是服务实在实在是太差了！早餐按预定的时间晚半小时，不急着赶车也就算了。我们请酒店帮忙订的送客运站私家车进不来古城的酒店，老板答应的很好，会派员工送我们去停车场跟私家车会合，到了时间又说不行。私家车也没有准时接我们。急得我们差点崩溃」

「Lovely decorated Riad in a great location. The rooms look nice in photos but I found them very difficult once inside - nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, really poor lighting for getting ready in the evening, etc. The shower head in our room was terrible - spraying everywhere and so hard it was sharp and painful on my face even at lowest stream. I had to cover it with my hand just to finish my shower. The food at the hotel restaurant is not very good and the view from the rooftop is not as...

「I can confidently say that it was single handedly the staff, Ahmed and Anas that made our stay at the riad - exceptional!!! The rooms need an uplift, but any small shortage in the amenities was compensated by the exceptional attitude of the staff! Excellent location ! Excellent breakfast! The guide that they recommended for the Medina was great as well! I would only recommend that they upgrade the place with some quality amenities (hand soap, shampoo conditioner, extra pillows, brighter...
