「Liked the room, the views, the patio for drinks by the bar, food was good. Didn’t like how loud the lobby bar was- you could not hear the clerks at the desk. You had to shout. That’s not professional. Also didn’t like the tiny balcony outside the room- felt very unsafe and things could fall easily.」

「Staff was amazing. The front desk heard that itcwas my daughter's first time in Austin and theyvwent to get a wagon of kiddie toys to let her choose from. We were not expecting that, so it was little things like that that made our stay special. 」
