「The room was lovely, bathroom was modern and the room was lovely. The village is gorgeous with lots to see and do nearby. Please invest in new bed linen, blankets, cover and pillow cases. We couldn’t understand how lovely the room was but with really old and tired bed linen.」

「We have previously stayed at the property and the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are large clean and tidy, although some areas of the hotel could do with refreshing. The out side of the property has been cleaned and looks better. However when walking just of the property to the rear there is a strong smell of sewage,and what appears to be sewage waste!! I did mention this on a previous visit but it looks like it's a ongoing issue? Also a note could perhaps be put on the...

「Me gustó mucho el enclave, pero no es lo que buscaba. Debían especificar que se ajusta más a estancias de retiro y aislamiento. La habitación sin TV. A 1 Km de la carretera por un camino; a 18 km. del Ayllón (único pueblo con servicios). Para el poco o nada servicio que tiene el hotel, caro. Todos los servicios complementarios de SPA, comidas, desayuno, etc., aparte. Ochenta euros sólo por dormir, con entrada a las 17:00 y salida a las 11:30, caro.」
